Common questions

How much does order.health cost?

Public service pricing is shown before account creation: Standard $50 (5–7 business days), Expedited $99 (2–3 business days), Concierge $149 (24–48 hours). The selected target applies to order.health handling steps, not the provider's HIPAA response period. Provider fees, if any, are passed through at cost and require approval. Confirm the current total and refund terms before purchase.

Isn't there a free way to do this?

Yes, and we will always point you to it. findmy.health writes the same HIPAA right-of-access letter for free, with no account. You pay us only when you want the delivering and chasing done for you.

What exactly does the service cover?

The service plan covers provider-route verification, request preparation, secure authorization, transmission, receipt evidence, follow-up, exception handling, and delivery to the approved destination. The preview is not an order; final scope and terms are confirmed inside MedicalRecords.com.

How fast can I get my records?

Under federal law (45 CFR § 164.524) the provider has 30 days to respond, with one 30-day extension allowed. We cannot compress their legal clock — but we handle every step on your side and chase so nothing stalls.

What about several providers, or getting it faster?

Faster is a tier choice — Expedited $99 (2–3 business days) or Concierge $149 (24–48 hours) — which speeds our internal steps, not the provider's legal clock, and we say so plainly. For several providers, each request is priced individually and your total is shown before you commit.

What happens to my records and my data?

The service fee is the entire business. We never sell your records or your data. Records land in your MedicalRecords.com Vault and go only where you have directed them.

Turnaround limits reflect the HIPAA right of access (45 CFR § 164.524, HHS Office for Civil Rights). Last reviewed July 2026.
